Pawsitive Art collects your email address and photos you upload voluntarily when you request art portraits.

Emails and Photos

Emails are solely used to send notifications, updates, or occasional offers. Pawsitive Art does not use third-party cookies or external scripts, and never shares or sells your data.

The uploaded photos are used exclusively to generate and deliver the final art portraits. Photos are not used for training public models, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your request.

You can delete your email address and uploaded photos at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of Pawsitive Art's emails or by contacting woof@getpawsitive.art. Emails and photos are securely stored in Pawsitive Art's own database.

Payments

Payments for purchased portraits are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Pawsitive Art does not store or process your payment details. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards and privacy policy.
